What will I experience? 

A slight tingling sensation may be felt in the areas of the feet which relate to the areas in the body needing realignment and encouragement to regain regulated function.

Do I have to have perfect feet? 

No, 

Everybody has different shaped feet.

 Reflexology Practitioners are experienced in treating all shapes and conditions of feet. 

It doesn’t matter if you have bunions, hard skin or one toe longer than the other, however, open wounds, infections or            recent surgery are not treated until healed (please see contraindications below).

When will I feel the benefits?

  • Many people              experience a change in their mental and physical health after just one treatment, however, the option to have a schedule of six treatments at weekly intervals is    recommended to feel the full benefits of Reflexology, 
  •  
  • Continuation of once monthly treatments. Reflexology works well as an                   accumulative        treatment in        maintaining optimum results and            maintenance of health.

What happens in a Reflexology treatment?

  • You are invited to relax for 90 minutes.

 

  • Removal of shoes and socks (that’s all)

 

  • Both feet are wrapped in warm towels infused with lavender oil

 

  • All treatments consist of a pre- treatment conversation between the client and practitioner to identify the health and support you need and what is important to you

 

  • Time for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and any physical conditions in readiness to receive a holistic, whole body and mind treatment, (or just quite acceptance).

 

  • An individualized plan and progression assessment after each session.

 

  • Light massage of the feet using hand touch with aqueous cream and application of warm Basalt Stone are applied to the specific reflexes of the feet relating your needs.
