Hi my name is Jane, I am a trained and registered Reflexologist with over 20 years’ experience.

I trained for 2 years with the Association of Reflexologists in 2001.

I have also spent several years working with Local Government's within the Social Work sector as a Guidance and Support advisor for parents of children with disabilities and more recently supporting unpaid carers.

I would like to share my accumulated knowledge of Statutory and Charitable services in how unpaid carers can access these service to acheive the best outcomes, combined with a powerful treatment of Reflexology incorporating the use of Basalt Stones for a deeper              relaxation experience.

I have 2 fabulous son's, and have first-hand experience of caring for a family member as well as squeezing in a 3 year B.A (Hons) Degree in Family Dynamics, Psychology and Sociology.

As my family have grown up and become independent young people, I am able to combine the profession I love with, family caring commitments.

Professional and personal experiences have provided me with the understanding, knowledge and empathy to deliver a high quality supportive service with integrity and trust.
